My steak... read more We went to brunch and I ordered the NY Strip with chef's vegetables (green beans). The green beans were undercooked and needed more time on the stove. My steak was delicious and almost perfect. However, some others at our table had steaks that were overly salty and inedible. The service was lacking, with a table that arrived after us being served before us and our drinks rarely being refilled without us flagging down the waitress. I'm unsure if I would return to this restaurant. Although my steak was excellent and well-priced, the overall experience was disappointing.

If we had known, we might have asked for soda from the juice gun at the bar. Both my wife and I enjoyed our perfectly cooked and well-seasoned meals. However, there was a bit of a wait between the salad and the main course. While we weren't in a rush, it would have been nice to be informed about the large party they were serving. Despite this, we had a great experience overall at this restaurant.

The food was delicious (the steaks were cooked perfectly, which is no easy feat) and the drinks were not watered down or skimping on alcohol. The staff was attentive and added to the overall experience. We initially wanted to eat at the bistro behind the building, but we were pleasantly surprised by our meal at Flatiron Grille.

The environment is strangely dark but this may be what some people want.
