My visit on 6-11-22 was made even better by the incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient staff. We never ran out of breadsticks, and we all left feeling satisfied. This is definitely a great spot for a quick and delicious dinner option.

Our orders were promptly delivered, but unfortu... read more My first time at Fazoli's exceeded my expectations. The food was better than expected, although not exceptional. Our orders were promptly delivered, but unfortunately, three out of seven in my group did not receive the salads they had ordered. Additionally, some of us were offered and served drinks without requesting a drink combo. Despite these errors, I would be willing to give Fazoli's another chance in the future. Overall, it was not a great experience, but I hope for better next time.
