Reserved a table for 8... Had a walk in table of 8 sitting in front of me and then they wanted me (who had a reservation) to sit my party on two 4 tops. The person who sits us said they don't go with reservations... What's going on? So we had to kick tables for our party while the walks got a nice long table. Then rub a little salt in the wound... Our waitress was awfully rude. I was so excited that BDubs came to Jackson, but not sure I'll ever go back. That was my birthday too... Thanks for nothing BDubs

The person seating us said they don't go by reservations... Whats the point then? So we had to have tables crammed together for our party while the walk ins got one nice long table. I was unable to make a reservation at this BW's restaurant, which I discovered when I arrived and was informed that they do not accept reservations. I found it odd since there was no information on their website about this policy. The hostess was able to find us a table, but mentioned that they had informed corporate about the issue without any resolution. It was a bit embarrassing since I had informed a group of nine that we had reservations.

I had the best dining experience in at least 3 years at this restaurant. Our server, Captain Jack Sparrow, was exceptional. He was friendly, funny, and attentive to our needs, making us feel like we were his top priority. So many other servers and restaurants have fallen short, but this place exceeded all expectations. This is now the only restaurant in Jackson where I have had a positive experience, and I plan on dining here exclusively for future nights out.

I made an online reservation for a low table to watch basketball, but I was seated at a high-top table which made it difficult to see the games. The food took too long to arrive and when it did, the order was incorrect. Not wanting to wait any longer, I decided to cancel the order altogether. Overall, it was not a good experience.
