Our orders were promptly delivered, but unfortunately, three out of seven in my group did not receive the salads they had ordered. I truly adore Fazoli's, the food is consistently amazing. It's my go-to favorite place to eat and both my kids love it too. I will definitely keep coming back because I love it so much.
The staff was as friendly as usual and they helped me save money during my visit. The food was delicious as always. A+ rating.
We absolutely adore this restaurant. If we could, we would go every day, but we make sure to visit every Tuesday for kids night. It's remarkable how affordably we can feed our entire family.
Best $5.00 lunch in town! My daughter and I go almost every Saturday. Always happy. Food is constantly good.

Just had dinner there tonight, we ordered a family meal and pizza and everything was absolutely delicious. The main thing that prompted me to leave a review though was their amazing customer service. Everyone was very friendly and the wait staff was exceptional!!
What's not to like about Kids eat for 1.00 with an adult entree on Tuesdays . Also the 5.00 pick two lunch specials are a great deal and come with a drink. Baked spaghetti photo.

I recently dined at Fazoli's in Jackson, Michigan and was impressed by their great menu and selection of delicious meals. My visit on 6-11-22 was made even better by the incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient staff. We never ran out of breadsticks, and we all left feeling satisfied. This is definitely a great spot for a quick and delicious dinner option.
I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The drive-thru never disappoints. The food is always delicious and I haven't had a meal this affordable in months.

I've eaten a lot of food in my life. for the first time at a fazoli and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised! on the first look it looked like most almost food franchises. they have a clean, funny and welcoming atmosphere, the personal was friendly and the eating was good. but what emphasizes this visit was the young lady waiting for us. camryn was friendly, committed, happy and welcoming! a smile has never left her face what a friendly first impression! Thank you. camryn they have made our experience unforgettable.
Nicest service. I stopped through the drive thru and was pleased to find a gluten free option. I went ahead and took the risk. The lady who took my order was probably the friendliest person I've encountered working in a drive thru in years! She said please and thank you and it honestly just really impressed me. In a world where customer service workers often get a bad reputation people like her, deserve extra recognition. I made sure to thank her for her kindness and that's why I'm writing this review.
