They introduced a veggie burger th... read more I appreciate that a restaurant in my hometown is making efforts to cater to the growing population of vegans and vegetarians. They introduced a veggie burger that is completely vegan when ordered without cheese and mayo, which I was thrilled about. However, I was a bit disappointed when I found out that their regular fries are cooked in animal fat and are not even vegetarian. Thankfully, they do offer several other side options that are entirely vegan, including sweet potatoes, which I love. I'm really fond of Bow and Eddy's and I hope they continue to expand their vegan and vegetarian selections on the menu soon.
