Always come here. Last several times you can't dine in. They keep the doors locked. Food is always good though. And the people working are always kind.
Reqlly nice looking building and good shakes. But they only have the drive through open and you can't go in to order right now. and the meat is usually dry.
I’m disappointed that the dining area at Arby's has remained closed since COVID.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered one of the new burgers. It cost $11, but the burger was about the size of a McDouble. I took the burger inside and spoke to a gentleman who I assume was the manager. I explained the issue, and he kindly offered me a refund, which I really appreciated. Because of his excellent customer service, I’m giving five stars. He also let me keep the burger, although it wasn’t very good. Thank you!
I waited 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru trying to see if anyone was available to take my order, but never got the chance. When I finally reached the window, the staff were just chatting among themselves. Frustrated, I shook my head and drove away. Then, the employees had the audacity to open the window and threaten and curse at me. I'll definitely be avoiding this Arby's—it was easily one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. The staff were completely unprofessional.
