The... read more On that summer evening, everything that could go wrong went wrong. Overwhelmed staff who couldn't handle cell phone orders, red wine from the fridge, nogo! The open wine that was on the menu was not available. The salad is okay to make yourself, but no salt on the table. We ordered vegetarian cannelloni with ricotta and spinach, which contained only tough, fibrous frozen spinach and no ricotta, the tomato sauce was bland and uninteresting. To top it off, the dessert was missing from the bill, which had been charged twice to the neighboring table and was subsequently requested. All in all, the dishes in this restaurant lack the sophistication found in brother Angelo's restaurant at Rössli Gelterkinden, which is a shame. I haven't been to Itingen for 5 years now, but my verdict is the same.
