Old Mexico Express - Ithaca

I'm not sure why this restaurant was closed for a long time, but I'm glad it's open again because I decided to give it a try. With food prices rising all over the college town, the quality and portion size you get here for the price is definitely worth it. The service may be a little slow at times, but it usually only takes a couple of minutes. The selection of meats and other ingredients is also great. Definitely give it a try if you haven't already!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but the hours of operation are very inconsistent. Despite their stated closing time between 3PM and 5PM every day, I have visited or called before and after those times (usually around 2PM or 6PM) only to find that they were closed or did not answer the phone. This inconsistency can be quite frustrating.

They give massive fat burritos for Chipotle prices and the food is great. Love the meat and cheese here, and the lady who works there is nice.

Slow service (they only had one staff in the whole restaurant) but great food.
