I think it's closed. My daughter and I tried to go for breakfast on a Friday morning and it was all locked up!
This Friendly 's remained open when others closed, I cannot figure out why. Terrible service. I haven 't been here in years but tonight my Husband and I stopped in... Mistake. The place is stuck in a time warp, is very dingy, the window dividers were very dirty. The booth we were seated at was very worn, had not been cleaned and was sticky. We had to ask the waitress to clean it. I ordered a cobb salad. Very simple. but looked nothing like the picture being promoted on the menu. No bacon No blue cheese. I told the waitress, she shrugged, and flippantly said we are out, we run out of a lot of stuff. I said, if you had told me I would have ordered something else, and I wasn 't going to pay for this as it is not what I ordered. we went back and forth a little bit but when she said. I guess you shouldn 't go out to restaurants then I asked to speak to a manager. She said 'go for it ' and walked away...Now I am done.. I told the front WE were not paying, WE left our food without eating and went some where else to eat. WE will not be going back.
Horrible service. I got their honey bbq burger requested no bbq sauce and requested ketchup. Burger was black and burnt. Won't order there againn
I can't express how much I adore this place after my visit today. Our waitress was incredibly busy attending to customers, yet her smile and patience were outstanding. Although I was having some personal food issues with my order, my friend's meal was fantastic. Noticing that I hadn't touched my food, the cook peeked out from the back and immediately approached me, insisting that I couldn't leave hungry. She spoke with the manager, who was also concerned, and they arranged for a replacement for my lunch. The entire team came together to ensure I got a chance to eat, and their kindness truly moved me. I am so grateful for such a caring group of individuals. Thank you, Chef West Coast—you're getting 5 stars from me!
