I really hope that with all... read more Since 2011, the food here has been bland and unappetizing. It's only useful if you're desperate and need to eat to avoid starvation. I really hope that with all the renovations happening, Hamilton Partners will finally part ways with Deli Time—something they should have done years ago. At the very least, they should refresh the menu and hire some skilled chefs. I avoid the hot food entirely because I know it will just end up in the trash, so I stick to pre-packaged items if I decide to get anything at all. It's a disappointing situation.

Staf... read more If you want to go to a disorganized cafe for lunch this is your place. I work in the building the cafe is located in. Orders are constantly wrong and late. Staff seems to care but it is obvious that there is upper management issues and training issues that cause havoc during off peek and on peek times. It's amazing that this place charges so much for so little quality. I really don't mind paying higher prices I expect a higher level of service to justify the higher prices. This is not the case at he cafe. High prices low quality presentation low quality training. Needs new management to train current staff.
