Description

The restaurant experience has become a mixed bag, oscillating between delightful and disappointing. While some patrons revel in the cozy atmosphere, welcoming staff, and delicious food—including standout items like supreme pizza and calamari—others express frustration over inconsistent service and undercooked dishes. Complaints also arise about inaccurate operating hours and chaotic management, leading to confusion during meal orders. Despite these setbacks, many agree that the ambiance is warm and inviting, particularly during outdoor dining or live music events. For now, diners are left hopeful for improvements, balancing their fond memories against recent disappointments.

The food was good. Place was friendly. Don't be in a hurry, it took a while to get our food.

I'm happy that Casale features live outdoor bands, and it's so close to home. The food is outstanding, especially the pizza. I've known the owner of Casale Pizza for many years. I hope they continue with the live music because, as a professional musician and entertainer, it means a lot to see bands playing nearby. They also have a full bar inside. I'm very satisfied.

We usually order takeout from Casale, and the pasta dishes are very hearty. We've enjoyed the flavors of every dish we've tried. The linguini with clams is delicious, but the sauce can spill if you're not very careful during transport. The vodka sauce is also a family favorite! They provide fresh bread, though it's a bit disappointing that they no longer include a side salad with dinners. The grilled octopus makes a fantastic appetizer!
