Today, I waited 45 minutes for my food, only to find out that the waitress forgot to put my order in. When my food finally arrived, she took my plate and said, "This might not be yours; let me check," and then took it back to the kitchen. A moment later, she returned with the manager, who informed me that they had given me someone else's meal. They then told me it would take another 10 to 15 minutes for my order to be ready. At that point, I asked them to remove my item from the bill since I was no longer hungry after waiting for over an hour. They apologized, but still charged my wife and me $35 for her one sandwich, her lemonade, and my two cokes. That's it for me.

It wasn'... read more This place epitomizes 'average.' Everything was just okay—not bad, but not great either. The atmosphere felt somewhat dim, with worn tables and chairs. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't particularly clean, either. I would rate the food a solid 5 out of 10—perfectly mediocre. Our group was large, and everyone shared a similar experience. The pizza was slightly better, at around 6.5 out of 10. Service was a bit slow, especially with a party of 16, but one of the servers was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor. So there you have it!
