However, this was the first time we visited the Yeti, ha... read more We have eaten at most restaurants in Isola 2000 since skiing here each Easter over the last five years. However, this was the first time we visited the Yeti, having previously been put off by the grotesque Yeti figure and the bleak entrance to the restaurant up the stairs. Once inside, the restaurant is definitely the most sophisticated in Isola 2000 and the quality and preparation of the food cannot be surpassed. The hot stone (cannibal) is particularly good with steak, chicken and duck offered as the meat selection. In addition, this comes with three different mousses (Roquefort, mushroom and foie gras), a soufflé of vegetables and a delicious rosti type potato. The café or tea gourmand to finish with is a must. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Don 't let the Yeti put you off !
