While some staff members are friendly, others have displayed a lack of customer service, contributing to a generally unwelcoming atmosphere. The decor leaves much to be desired, and hygiene ratings are overshadowed by ongoing complaints. Though not the worst of its kind, frequent patron experiences suggest that improvements in service, food quality, and attention to detail are urgently needed.
Beautiful eating with beautiful interior design. the personal is very good. but always busy, so it could take time to get her food.
Where is the rest of my milkshake? and where is the speck, salate and senf in our burgers? everything is really great! but recently they have forgotten our milkshake and the other was not filled all the way! this branch is not as good as holloway road, but it is not as bad as highbury corner. here we order when the holloway Road branch is closed as it closes earlier than this two g out of any reason:s this restaurant has a hygienic rating of 5 stars of 5 elite shows only that the area has nothing to do with it.
Friendly and nice staff. I went with my children and I received attention and care. The staff were very patient.
Every time we go to this restaurant, they always forget at least one item from our order. Last time, they forgot our cheese bites and we had to go back after realizing it on the bus (costing us £1.50 on bus fare). They didn't even apologize properly. Tonight, they forgot my veggie burger even though I ordered two meals. I only realized it when I got home. It's really frustrating and now I have nothing to eat and they took my money. Instead of rushing to complete orders quickly, they should focus on serving customers properly. If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. Absolutely horrible.
I never write a bad review but you don't often get a smiling welcome to put it mildly. Decor is depressing graffiti-seriously MacDonald's?? the area is bad enough without adding to the misery. Toilet doors in the Ladies are designed so that you can see through the door to the person sitting on the toilet-eugh! On my last visit a lady with a walking stick asked if she could use the disabled toilet and the member of staff walked off without a word, yes she did come back with the key but could she not speak?! This is typical of the bad attitude of the staff, perhaps they could take a leaf out of the Kentish Town Branch, where, due to excellent management, the staff are utterly patient, friendly and charming.
