M'tucci's Kitchina Italiano - Feedback

What Victoria doesn't like about M'tucci's Kitchina Italiano:
The food is excellent and presented nicely! The atmosphere is fun and I like the decorations. However, the hostesses can be unfriendly and I've found them to be rude, acting as if I'm a burden when I make simple requests such as asking for water or silverware. Oh my goodness, I am brand new to this beautiful area, I went to lunch with my family, and they said I'd love this place.
