Food is always superb. Service this time was meh. Server was very busy and she didn’t have help so it slowed things down. Not her fault, but it made for a poor experience. Didn’t get told the Dinner specials and found out when we were paying there was prime rib.

The resort is gorgeous, the people are friendly (Jodi is AWESOME) and the food is phenomenal. Our guests are still talking about the parmesan crusted pork loin 3 months later. I would recommend Appeldoorn's to anyone and I cannot wait to go back!

The staff was great, cabins and grounds nicely maintained, the food was sooo good and our kids had the best time! I have read a few people’s negative comments and hope those people wouldn’t deter anyone from going to one of the best resort we have been too! Thank you for the memories and will be back again next year!!
