To make matters worse, the managers were very rude when I brought up my concerns.

It's surprising, considering... read more I went last Monday around 8 PM to order dinner, but I was told they were out of chicken and would have to wait 30 minutes for more. It's surprising, considering it's a chicken restaurant. I decided to give it another try this evening, only to hear the same thing: no chicken, and another 30-minute wait. Seriously, two times in just over a week? The lack of planning to run out of chicken not once but twice is unacceptable. I won't be returning.
