I can’t thank the staff here enough. This is my fifth visit, and every single time I’m amazed by just how outstanding the service is. I have food allergies, and the team were incredibly accommodating and attentive, which made a huge difference to my experience. On top of that, I had booked two years ago, and the hotel still honoured my voucher without any issues. Thank you all for making me feel so special—I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Staff attitude rather fitting Schatzi bar and not a respectful hotel in 3 days stay I have not once ridden an elevator without dirty laundry in it …

The Hotel Madlein was where the couple and their fami... read more I recently planned a wedding for a couple who wanted to celebrate with their friends and family in Ischgl. The Hotel Madlein was where the couple and their family stayed and also where we hosted the main dinner on the day of the wedding. During the planning process, the team were great although sometimes difficult to get hold of during the off season. The communication was easy and every member of the team was happy to help when I had questions Vanessa and Nadine in particular were brilliant. The dinner itself was seamless and the restaurant staff were professional and respectful. Although we had a private area, the rest of the restaurant was still being used but the staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a delightful event without inconveniencing other guests, or making our event feel any less special. It was a pleasure to work with Hotel Madlein and I hope to return soon.
