Dredge in Irvington, led by Chef Bryan Byrd, offers an intriguing menu with a focus on seafood that draws customers in. While many rave about the creativity and freshness of the dishes, service inconsistencies have been reported, with some diners experiencing long wait times and food that didn’t meet expectations. Ambiance remains a strong point, drawing a diverse crowd, and the vibrant bar scene enhances the overall dining experience. For those willing to take a chance, Dredge provides the opportunity to taste unique dishes in a lively setting, making it a noteworthy destination amidst local competition.

Came for dinner and was quickly seated. Lots of group seating as well as tables and booths in the back. Definitely off season as there was a lot of open space that is likely filled during season. First off, this is a bar. And as a result, it was bar food. Not that it's a bad thing, but I think it's a misnomer to call it a restaurant that serves alcohol. It's the other way and the food is limited to quick, bar foods. It was tasty, but the variety is definitely limited. Started with the rum punch and fried oysters. Would highly recommend both. Then went with the fish tacos which were again good, but was hoping to get some more substantial food. Finished off with a micro slice of key lime pie. Tasted really good! But I doubt I would do it again. Great place for drinks and have food if you want a bite.

Pretty good food, very nice service, and a fun menu. The fried oysters have a hush puppies batter on them. I think they could add some of the cabbage from the tacos to the pork egg rolls. Drinks were fun and varied.

We enjoyed a delightful dinner. The seafood was fresh, the ambiance was cozy, and the staff was incredibly friendly. This was a wonderful surprise we discovered during our vacation. Be sure to try the Key West Margarita!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and found it to be a refreshing change compared to others in nearby towns. While the menu isn't extensive, the dishes are packed with flavor. The portion sizes are reasonable, and the service was excellent.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The roasted pork dish arrived cold, and the rice and beans lacked flavor and had a poor presentation. The Mahi Mahi dish was equally bland, with a small portion size, and again the rice and beans were unseasoned. Overall, it was overpriced for such low-quality food.
