Pho Empire - Irving

1st time visiting....staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was hot and fresh, will return. Ate the grilled meatball vermicelli salad, add fried egg.

Been here many times over the years and the food is always good. On this visit, we ordered Roasted Chicken Wings, Small Bowl of Wonton, Seafood Pho, Kids Noodle Soup with Brisket, Pho Empire, Kids Steamed Rice with Fried Shrimp Calamari, and BlueberrySmoothie. Everyone loved the food and the service was quick. They were open on New Year's Day, which was great because not manyplaces are open.

The food here is excellent and fresh, with generous portions for the price. The service is prompt and attentive. We tried the combination fried rice, pho tai, beef and broccoli with steamed rice, a grilled chicken sandwich, and a pinacoco smoothie with boba, and everything was delicious.

This restaurant is a beloved choice for our family. The Northern style pho is outstanding. The rice dishes and appetizers are quite delicious as well. I do wish they would bring back the aged pepper sauce they used to offer about three years ago, as it truly elevated their pho to an award-winning level!

*Edit: After returning several times, I've noticed that the consistency of the dish has declined. It seems like the portion of rice has increased while the beef portion has decreased and is sometimes overcooked.
