I really loved the service I was given! The reason I am giving only 4 stars is due to the birthday package. I paid for the Ultimate Birthday Package most expensive and was not satisfied with the package itself. I feel as if the 2 hour limit felt a bit rushed. I also only got 1 pizza for adults and had to purchase drinks separately. Which is not to big of an issue but everything is very over priced there now and it added an extra $100+ to our bill. Which at that point was not worth it in my opinion.
