We waited 25 minutes before ordering and were second in line. The manager just argued with me that these fries are cooked all the way and would not cookthem more. Some are still hard in the middle.I was told by an employee his name is Nico. Such a terrible experience I will bereaching out to corporate.

I really loved the service I was given! The reason I am giving only 4 stars is due to the birthday package. I paid for theUltimate Birthday Package most expensive and was not satisfied with the package itself. I feel as if the 2 hour limit felt abit rushed. I also only got 1 pizza for adults and had to purchase drinks separately. Which is not to big of an issue buteverything is very over priced there now and it added an extra $100+ to our bill. Which at that point was not worth it in myopinion.

We’ve lived in Irving our whole lives and have been coming here since before the renovations. Honestly, we’ve often encountered employees who don’t seem to want to be here or make it clear they dislike their job. We usually only come back because of our kids, but the moment we approached the register, Efer was patient and welcoming. He talked to us about our options and even went the extra mile to find us a different colored cup, if you know what I mean. I just want to give him some recognition for his great attitude and excellent customer service!
