Nekter Juice - Irvine

I have been to this place in the last 18 months and spent between $150 to $200 a month between some locations. I order every time I order. I command the usual today and it didn't taste like normal. Emily, the manager contested and asked me about the taste, and it was like pulling teeth to make me a new one, 2. a taste worse that the first. This is the first time that this happened, this place was thought to be three separate managers since I go! Very disappointed about the service and the attitude I got from a MANAGER! I will never spend another dime in this place that I go almost every day!

Hi, I placed an order from the place. My pickup time was 1:55 I get a call at 2:20 say they don't have my base. For the bowl. I go for a refund she says she can?t and I need to contact the customer service. I asked for shop loan, she said, no did not see me in the eyes as talking to me, not apologize. She was so rude her name is Emily. I'll never be necter again! Every time I give him another chance, it fails! Bad customer service ever. had to send this email 3 times so that they will respond after 10 days with a refund!!!

I ordered a natural greenie juice and as the employee on the other side was about to start making my juice I asked him when was the last time he rinsed his juicer since he was picking away dry old pulp, the employee said Oh I rinsed it a little while ago, he proceeded to making my juice and he uses a measuring container that already had old juice sitting there for I don?t even know how long?. After he was done making my juice I felt so disgusted I couldn?t even drink it not knowing what kind of bacteria I would be putting inside my body. I asked to speak with the supervisor and the so called supervisor by the name of Tajwab said that I wasn?t going to threaten him by calling corporate, I told him that I FELT THREATENED AS A CUSTOMER PUTTING his juice in my body. I will allow everyone to see for yourselves and make a smart decision with your health. Making sure vegetables are properly washed is so important because it can be a health hazard if vegetables are consumed without proper care. The young kids they hire clearly don?t care for your health and you can tell they hate their job. Please keep those kids out of your restaurant or else it?s going to have customers like myself not trust your location or your known named brand.

I've been driving to this place for some time and I always enjoy the service I received from Vanessa and Emily. They always welcome me when I enter the store and are extremely personal. This location is also my favorite because I can create and customize my own bowl as I choose.
