Mokkoji Shabu Shabu - Irvine

Love meat and sauce! I ordered Miso broth with Toro “Fatty Belly” . Rice and vegetables are included. Miso broth is not salty!! That's good! Meat is fresh and delicate!! Always a line, but it is worth trying, then you will fall in love with it!

I think it's crazy, but before mokkoji I have never really hot pot, quality of meat here is very good and it's probably the only place that prevents me from being full of vegetarian. Very friendly staff with clean tables and delicious dishes. I always get the SH Prime Rib (married) with original broth with glass noodle. The yuzunade and the yuzu soju are probably the most authentic yuzu drinks to taste and very refreshing. Very recommended!

All fresh veggies in a flavorful broth with spice levels for all ranges. It was a great time for dinner with friends!

The food was amazing, the experience was even more interesting and their staff are very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time and food. The place is cozy and fun. It was our first time having shabu-shabu dish and it was great. Our waiter was very kind and he helped us figuring out what to order and we were very happy with everything we ordered. Definitely check this place out!

If you haven't tried to get her hotpot yet, you're not afraid. It's pretty good how they offer you everything you need for a complete hotpot while you are able to add your own personal flair at home to the experience. Albeit is still quite expensive.
