For me, tied for best ramen in the Irvine area with Hiro Nori. The best here is the one-of-a-kind Green Chili Shio with green onions, which is impossible to get tired of. Broth is a spicy sinus-and-throat-clearing fragrant savory flavor bomb! The noods here are chewy, wavy and thicker than normal ramen noods, but delicious! Also, two must tries: 1.
