Chipotle's vegetarian options are tainted with meat! I discovered meat in the queso blanco sauce. They replaced it, but seemed unfazed by the error. My companion, who is a vegetarian, ended up with meat on their plate. It's disappointing to see such a large business making the same mistake. View all feedback.
Nice place. It is very easily crowded (especially during the evenings), making it difficult for people with wheelchairs to reach the store comfortably. Food is very good. Every time I order (always online through the Chipotle App) I get very large portions; I usually have to cure over two meals or something. Sometimes they put orders, or people take pickup bags that are not theirs, but the staff is very good to help. You remake your order if someone stole yours or if you get the wrong order. The workers seem to be very busy so that I understand if they sometimes mess things up. The last time I left, there was only one person on the pick-up conveyor who met online orders. Overall a pretty good business.
Me and my friends went to this chipotle and they were so rude right when we walked in we were greeted with an attitude and eye roll and to top it off ally had the audacity to toss the food at everyone that was in line. It was super unprofessional to have these kind of manners at a work place and the employees need to be trained better with customer service.(ps the only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food was fire).
Bad service, bad vibes, food was surprisingly bad. Got the chicken burrito. Staff were rude, too. There are more choices for food elsewhere in UTC, just avoid this. The burritos in the pheonix foocourt near Aldrich Park is better and the the staff are less rude. Food was nevertheless edible, so 2 stars.
I agree with Katie. This Specific Chipotle spot does not give enough of anything. The barbacoa meat had too much fat on it, which I had never had much of in the other locations. Save your money or eat elsewhere.
Tried Chipotle for the first time on 5/20 and my friend mobile ordered for me with her stuff. I ordered a burrito bowl but what I got was a 99% empty bowl with scraps of lettuce (maybe 20 strips total? , 25 grains of rice, and a few pieces of chicken. Didn 't even cover the bottom of the bowl all the way but still paid full price. Safe to say Im never eating here again : I was too shocked to take a picture of the sorry excuse of a bowl . 10/10 would not recommend
