I stopped by on Saturday while visiting town. My father-in-law was in the mood for a hot dog, so we went to his recommended spot. My son and I ordered hamburgers, and I have to say, they were among the best burgers we've ever had! The staff was friendly and did an excellent job. Review based on chicken wings garlic Romano (parmesano) and mild (buffalo sauce). The standard for me when it comes to wings are Wing King in Charlotte and Wing Daddy?s in Texas. This place is highly recommend in Columbia foodie . However, I wasdisappointed by wings, chilis cheese fries and they don?t have homemade ranch for me a huge let down when it comes to wings. It's simply fantastic! The wings are the best I've ever had, and everything else is just as amazing. Plus, the atmosphere is filled with beautiful people! The pound cake reminds me of the ones my grandmother and mother used to make.
The flounder fish platter special today was excellent! You could tell the oil wasn't too old and it wasn't left down too long. It was just perfect! The hush puppies were the sweet/savory Jiffy kind that I love. It's a little mom and pop run restaurantwith great quality. I have been a couple times now and definitely plan to return.
This is the BEST burger place in this area. The burgers are cooked to order and the fries are always fresh. We are always greeted warmly when we walk in and you can tell this is a business that cares about to customers. Most importantly, thecustomers care about this business. Kudos to all the staff foe a job well done!!
