U... read more I confronted the tall young woman about her disrespectful behavior towards my boyfriend, and he said he would speak to the manager, Brian, about the incident. Unfortunately, she reported our complaint to Jay, which resulted in Jay firing me without providing a proper explanation. He simply told me it was time to leave. Overall, my experience working here was terrible. Employees were favored based on their length of service, and the work environment felt very discriminatory. I do not recommend this place of employment.

When we reached the window, Eddie welcomed us with a smile and a fantastic attitude. He even took a moment to give my 9-year-old a quick math quiz! The atmosphere was very family-friendly, and Eddie was patient and courteous throughout our visit. I'm really glad we decided to stop in.

With several locations, all of which are excellent, this spot stands out. One aspect we love is the ability to select four sides as a meal, which is ideal for vegetarians. The staff is also exceptionally friendly!

Now, regarding the food: I ordered two breakfast meals for pickup, and unfortunately, everything was dry and overcooked. Both the pork and chicken sausages were tough, the pancakes were not only dry but also chewy, and both the scrambled and over-easy eggs were overcooked (cooking over-easy eggs shouldn't be that difficult!). The only items that were decent were the English muffin and hash browns. For various reasons, I can't recommend dining at this location. It's definitely worth your time to go to the one on Broad River instead; they consistently provide much better quality.
