Willowmead - Feedback

What Robin Bird doesn't like about Willowmead:
Family day out with a toddler, excited to see the alpacas. Unfortunately we had a level of welcome similar to a fawlty towers episode. The lady running the place was unwelcoming, rude and at one point racist! The craft shop was very over-priced and the alpaca experience was a 5 minute walk around an overgrown paddock. It's quite clear that visitors are an inconvenience but at least it didn't cost us anything. View all feedback. What Elizabeth Hook likes about Willowmead:
Absolutely lovely place to have a mealThe grounds are child friendly and when there is a function with children present they get fed first and in line with children's likes I.e fish fingers instead of prawn cocktail. Highly recommend View all feedback.
