The grounds are very child-friendly, and when there are events with kids, they are served first with options that cater to their tastes, like fish fingers instead of prawn cocktails. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, the welcome we received was reminiscent of a scene from Fawlty T... read more We had a family day out with our toddler, looking forward to seeing the alpacas. Unfortunately, the welcome we received was reminiscent of a scene from Fawlty Towers. The woman in charge was uninviting, rude, and at one point, made a racist remark. The gift shop had extremely high prices, and the alpaca experience consisted of just a five-minute walk around an overgrown field. It felt like visitors were seen as a bother, but at least it didn't cost us anything.
