At KFC, mixed experiences have left patrons with lingering frustrations. While the quality of food garners praise, numerous operational failures mar the dining experience. Guests report disorganized service, with non-functioning registers and a lack of staff presence leading to confusion. Issues like missing receipts from kiosks and absent table numbers make order retrieval cumbersome. Delivery customers face their own challenges, with incomplete orders and unresponsive communication adding to the dissatisfaction. Concerns about customer safety and hygiene, such as unattended cleaning products, further exacerbate the restaurant's image. While the food shines, serious improvements in service and consistency are urgently needed.

Was Anonym at Kfc a mag?
I ordered through the app and received really fast service, especially considering it was just after the Ipswich game. Highly recommended! The staff was very efficient. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Kfc:
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Several items were missing, and the chips tasted stale. However, the chicken pieces and mini fillets were quite delicious. Unfortunately, the zinger burger was a letdown, with the patty being subpar. Given the current economic climate, I believe quality is essential for the price. I won't be returning; I can't afford to waste my hard-earned money. View all feedback.
I usually don't review fast food chains, but the staff was especially friendly and helpful and eating was fast.
My friend Ben and I went to KFC for lunch. I ordered my food, but the staff at the register asked if I wanted chips, implying that I am fat. This was unacceptable!
We arrived at the restaurant at 4pm and found that the staff were not at the cash registers and the registers were not working properly, so we were unable to pay by card unless we ordered at the self-serve kiosks. When we ordered at the kiosks, we did not receive a receipt because there was no receipt paper in the machines. Additionally, there were no table numbers, so we had to wait by the cash registers for our orders to be brought to us. The food we had was of excellent quality, which is why I am giving this restaurant 2 stars instead of 1. However, we noticed that the staff had left a D10 cleaning product on the counter, which could easily be stolen by customers, including children, and posed a health risk. This issue should be addressed urgently by the restaurant team.
I ordered four meals and all of them were covered in grease, including the chips which were so greasy that I had to wipe them with a napkin before eating. The chicken I received consisted of one leg and two pieces of fat, with no white meat in sight. My hands were dripping with grease throughout the meal. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
Food poor and saw staff thru window no masks gloves all hanging around in kitchen talking, teenage staff continually smoking out the back, I told my wife this place was filthy and had a bad rep but she insisted on one of the foul gravy burger things. My friend ate here recently and the chicken was raw inside.
