Feedback
Reviews praise Ararat's fresh, flavourful Turkish dishes, friendly service and value — but note occasional takeaway delays, inconsistent alcohol service and extra charges.
5 stars all round. Our group of 4 ate a good variety from the menu and none were disappointed. White wine was nice too. Great, friendly service, delicious food..all at fab prices. Apr 24
This restaurant is a hidden gem! My sister and I believed we had a reservation at another Turkish restaurant in town (which due to poor communication on the restaurants part, we did not) so disappointed with Turkish food on our minds and no idea where we could get some from, i remembered a friend of mine had mentioned Ararat awhile ago, telling me the food was amazing, and my friend was not wrong! The food was incredible, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, i could not recommend this re
Ararat is one of our favourite places to eat in Ipswich. Parking is round the corner; it’s accessible for all, it’s clean and tidy and most of all… THE SERVICE AND FOOD IS AMAZING
Food was mediocre at best we were asked if we would like some bread and hummus While we wait for our food and we thought it was complimentary as in other turkish Restaurants so we said yes we were charged for it and they never told us that we would be charged for it 10 percent service charge was added to the bill After paying for the food our change was £4.90 And the waitress didn’t even bring our change even though we already paid 10 percent service charge for food that was cooked from frozen and not in any way fresh Felt ripped off Had better food at street food venues at less than a third of the price Never again
