However, t... read more My colleagues and I decided to eat at the Novotel restaurant during our overnight business stay, as we did not want to brave the bad weather outside. However, this turned out to be a mistake. The restaurant was not busy, but the service was very poor. None of us were impressed with the food. I ordered the moussaka, which is usually a favorite of mine, but it was nothing like the dish I know. It was overly saucy, with a large piece of lamb and only a small slice of potato and aubergine, and it tasted strongly of vinegar. The steak was tough, and the fish and chips were greasy. It was just not a good dining experience. It was difficult to get the attention of the waitstaff, as they were hardly around. In the end, with a drink included, the bill came to £24. I would recommend eating elsewhere.
