There are usually more people than the place can hold. Last time I went, after putting the food on the plate, there was nowhere to sit. I stood, plate in hand, in the middle of the restaurant. It was very embarrassing. Other than that, the available attendants weren't able to take all the drink orders, so only when the person was already finished eating did the drink arrive, when it did.
