Quality has dropped a lot!!!! both the pizza and the tomato sauce, which was a company trademark! Rubbery dough, little filling and the pizza is expensive! I do not recommend! They sent a pizza with simply r... read more I bought a pizza from them, ordered half vegetarian and half margerita. They sent me a raw pizza with totally different flavors. They sent a pizza with simply raw zucchini, the zucchini was still hard, the dough was white and tasted like pure wheat. Tomato looks like it had just been chopped and thrown on top of the Pizza. I paid 100 reais for a raw 6-slice pizza. The worst of all was how the Pizzeria owners handled the error. I called the establishment to ask them to resolve it and they said there was nothing to do that day, because the motorcycle courier had left, and so had the oven operator. Then they told me that they could only resolve the situation the next day. I had nothing to do, I was hungry, with a raw pizza and ingredients I didn't like, I asked if they would take the pizza back and they didn't, they asked me for a photo and I sent it. So what I could do was bake the pizza myself and eat it, after all, it was half past midnight, I was hungry and the pizzeria was missing. The next day the attendant arrived and sent me a message saying that she took the situation to Dona, a certain Janaína, who simply sent a bunch of lame excuses, said that as I hadn't returned the pizza they couldn't do anything and that if I If I wanted to, I would have 10% off my next pizza. 10% discount on a product worth 100 reais, gives 10 reais off. I lost an hour of sleep in the early hours of Sunday baking a pizza with ingredients I didn't even choose and I paid a lot for Janaína's muquirana to offer me 10 reais off. It's an absurd! I called there to try to speak to the Owner, and I asked the attendant to speak to the owners and they told me that the Owner's husband was there, I asked to speak to him and the attendant left the phone off the hook and went to talk to him. She signaled to him who I was and he simply told her he wouldn't help me. I heard everything about their conversation and honestly I feel extremely disrespected as a customer. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone and I warn everyone that it is managed by the worst type of entrepreneurs, those who do not have any respect for their customers. I can even imagine how bad it must be to work in this place, with bosses with such greasy souls, putting employees in a delicate situation and avoiding fulfilling their obligations. I find myself having to contact PROCON because I paid for a service that was not provided, I paid for a product that was not delivered to me and I received a completely abusive, dishonest and indifferent response. The owners think they are very proud, because they have an old pizzeria and apparently feel superior to others. But it is not new that the quality of Jayme's Pizzeria has fallen exorbitantly, they are supported by the history they have, because the quality of the product and service is not even close to other pizzerias that are at the same price level as them and certainly has more dignified treatment with its customers. I have never felt so disrespected and demoralized as I do now, the way this couple of owners think is absurd, they were very petty. Apesar de ser uma pizzaria, o cardápio é bem diversas e você tem outras opções. Indico o pão de alho deles também, com certainty você não vai se reppender.
