I have been a customer for many years, but I no longer live in Ipatinga. I was disappointed with the last pizza I ordered. Quality has dropped a lot!!!! both the pizza and the tomato sauce, which was a company trademark! Rubbery dough, little filling and the pizza is expensive! I do not recommend! I bought a pizza from them, ordered half vegetarian and half margerita. They sent me a raw pizza with totally different flavors. They sent a pizza with simply raw zucchini, the zucchini was still hard, the dough was white and tasted like pure wheat. Tomato looks like it had just been chopped and thrown on top of the Pizza. I paid 100 reais for a raw 6-slice pizza. The worst of all was how the Pizzeria owners handled the error. I called the establishment to ask them to resolve it and they said there was nothing to do that day, because the motorcycle courier had left, and so had the oven operator. Then they told me that they could only resolve the situation the next day. I had nothing to do, I was hungry, with a raw pizza and ingredients I didn't like, I asked if they would take the pizza back and they didn't, they asked me for a photo and I sent it. So what I could do was bake the pizza myself and eat it, after all, it was half past midnight, I was hungry and the pizzeria was missing. The next day the attendant arrived and sent me a message saying that she took the situation to Dona, a certain Janaína, who simply sent a bunch of lame excuses, said that as I hadn't returned the pizza they couldn't do anything and that if I If I wanted to, I would have 10% off my next pizza. 10% discount on a product worth 100 reais, gives 10 reais off. I lost an hour of sleep in the early hours of Sunday baking a pizza with ingredients I didn't even choose and I paid a lot for Janaína's muquirana to offer me 10 reais off. It's an absurd! I called there to try to speak to the Owner, and I asked the attendant to speak to the owners and they told me that the Owner's husband was there, I asked to speak to him and the attendant left the phone off the hook and went to talk to him. She signaled to him who I was and he simply told her he wouldn't help me. I heard everything about their conversation and honestly I feel extremely disrespected as a customer. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone and I warn everyone that it is managed by the worst type of entrepreneurs, those who do not have any respect for their customers. I can even imagine how bad it must be to work in this place, with bosses with such greasy souls, putting employees in a delicate situation and avoiding fulfilling their obligations. I find myself having to contact PROCON because I paid for a service that was not provided, I paid for a product that was not delivered to me and I received a completely abusive, dishonest and indifferent response. The owners think they are very proud, because they have an old pizzeria and apparently feel superior to others. But it is not new that the quality of Jayme's Pizzeria has fallen exorbitantly, they are supported by the history they have, because the quality of the product and service is not even close to other pizzerias that are at the same price level as them and certainly has more dignified treatment with its customers. I have never felt so disrespected and demoralized as I do now, the way this couple of owners think is absurd, they were very petty. A localização é linda, com uma vista muito bonita da cidade. Ambiente aconchegante. A pizza é gostosa, mas não é incrível. O atendimento e o preço deixam a desejar.
The services was very good and also the food. Very tastefully and high quality. The environment on the other side was very loud. We seat outside near the playground since we have 2 kids. We understand that the place can be loud since the children are running and yelling around how ever the music was very high volume and we had to ask the server to bring it down a bit. They need to improve the wine selection. We tried 2 and not the cheapest and neither taste good.
O ambiente é até agradável, na parte da varanda, com uma bela vista da cidade. No dia que fomos, também está tendo música ao vivo, voz e violão, que tb estava boa. O atendimento é normal, não se destaca, mas também não chama atenção negativamente. Mas, como trata-se de um restaurante/pizzaria penso que a comida tem que ter um peso maior na avaliação. Nesse quesito, o estabelecimento deixa muito a desejar, na minha opinião. Pizza com massa pronta ou pré preparada (da mesma qualidade dos carrinhos de rua em BH). Não é feita no tradicional forno de pizza e sim em máquinas, recheio quase inexistente nos sabores que pedimos e de má qualidade. A pizza realmente é sofrível, desde a massa até a qualidade e oferta dos ingredientes. Além do preço absurdo cobrado pelo que é oferecido. O que torna o custo benefício do local péssimo. O local foi indicado por amigos quando estava em visita à Ipatinga, mas me decepcionou bastante.
Atendimento excelente e comida boa. Eu e meu namorado visitamos pela primeira vez e nos encantamos. Ambiente muito agradável! Super recomendo.
Ambiente agradável e familiar... abre aos feriados e sempre tem música ao vivo aos finais de semana. Tem área Judá com monitora. Serve suco natural. Molho de tomate maravilhoso...Vale a pena saborear a pizza de banana!!!

Varieties and all são otimos. Or atendimento muito bom. Let's wait for mais da pizza, more or molho é delicious. Music only alive stava por conta da Adélia Roque com otimo repertório. Drinks and handicraft beer stavam top. I recommend.
Pizzaria simplesly incrível, super agradável e familiar, pizza boa e garçons treinados, playground para as crianças, Estacionamento interna, otimo lugar para confraternização.
Fiquei impressionada com a competência e charisma da equipe, environment requintado, pretty and quiet, delicious food and boa music ao vivo, estão simples de parabéns.
Amei demais is that restaurant! Or atmosphere and climate and incrível muito. He perfeito para quem is trying to eat or anniversary, take advantage of family and muito romântico para um casal. I do a lot of drinks! Apesar de ser uma pizzaria, o cardápio é bem diversas e você tem outras opções. Indico o pão de alho deles também, com certainty você não vai se reppender.
