Subway - Ipanema (pontal do Paraná

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the behavior of one employee. It seemed that she didn't want any customers after 8:45 PM, as she was quite rude and made it clear that my presence interrupted her plans to leave before closing. To make matters worse, she turned off the lights in the dining area just as I was sitting down. She then shouted that she was closing and insisted that I had to leave, all while two other customers were still being served. Overall, it was an unwelcoming atmosphere and left a negative impression.

One of the best Subway locations! I love coming here on Sundays for a veggie delite. Tanjanica is always in a great mood and incredibly friendly. She makes the best subs ever! I absolutely love it!

I generally don’t mind when restaurants start preparing to close a bit earlier, but they were ready to leave by 7 PM, which felt quite abrupt. I felt rushed out the door. I ordered two sandwiches, and the employee handed me only one at first. When I asked for the second, he unceremoniously gave it to me without even bothering to bag it. If you’re considering visiting this location after 7 PM, I recommend going elsewhere, as it seems they’re not keen on serving customers close to closing time.

I watched the sandwich maker wipe his nose while wearing gloves, and then he seemed taken aback when I looked disgusted.

This is the best restaurant in the area! I really appreciate that the staff wears hair nets and keeps their beards neatly trimmed while preparing food. I actually make a special trip just to come to this location.
