Firehouse Subs 721 - Collierville

Make sure to double-check your order before you leave the restaurant. Unfortunately, during my last three visits, my order has been prepared incorrectly. For instance, I requested black olives to be added to my sandwich, but they were missing.

The service and quality at this location have noticeably declined over the past couple of years, but tonight's experience has confirmed that we will not be returning. The staff struggled to locate our orders in the system, and there were arguments among them about how to prepare the sandwiches. After waiting nearly half an hour, we finally received five of the most disappointing sandwiches I’ve ever seen—far from what you'd expect from Firehouse. It's disheartening, especially since it seems like the worst examples of chain restaurants have taken over Collierville. Firehouse used to be one we could rely on, but unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. What a shame.

5 stars! I've visited this restaurant numerous times, and the food is outstanding. The environment is also very clean.

I have yet to have bad experience at Firehouse Subs. Food is good and consistent from the stores I've visited. I tried the BBQ Ruben and it is very tasty. Will continue to come back.
