All the lights were on, but no one answered the phone. I’m left wondering where the employees are and why the restaurant isn’t open during its stated business hours.

I ordered a sandwich online, but it came with just meat and sauce—incorrect sauce at that. It seems they can't read the orders. The staff also completely ignore... read more I ordered a sandwich online, but it came with just meat and sauce—incorrect sauce at that. It seems they can't read the orders. The staff also completely ignored me during my visit. When I returned, the dining area was a mess, with employees touching money while wearing the same gloves they used to make sandwiches—absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, I witnessed management yelling at a young employee right in front of me and another customer. It was a dreadful experience. This place should really be shut down. Some things I'd like to see improvement on is having all opinions available examples cookies available and bread. Also they like to shut down early or pretend to be closed examples open sing off and half the lights off. I've learned there tricks and walk in even though it appears to be closed. Just disappointing
