I have eaten here pre celiac and its very good. I ate here recently and from a celiac point of view was very disappointed. I actually emailed my disappointment to the resteraunt as well but never got a response. Staff didn't seem to know about celiac. Menu not clear and waiter had to offer options. Dessert stlll came with a wafer which when questioned got a confused response and had to explain cc and request a new one.
Deserves a Michelin star, no doubt. Perfectly chosen ingredients that are married together in a culinary piece of art painted on every plate. The restaurant is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Legendary cocktails to make your meal even more memorable. Memorable meal indeed.
