Reviews praise Prime Steak Seafood’s riverside setting, attentive staff, seafood platters and gluten-free labelling, but note occasional inconsistencies in service and some dishes’ execution.

We ordered steak, but unfortunately they were not cooked to our liking. However, we still ate them. The young waitress who served us was incredibly beautiful and made us feel very welcome.

Prime offers excellent food and excellent service. an excellent restaurant for a night. while all the food and drinks were amazing, the sirloin was our favorite.

Lovely restaurant in a great location. The staff are very helpful, friendly and bubbly and gave my husband a free drink for his Birthday. Delicious food too

The staff were wonderful, but the food was quite disappointing, except for the scallop starter.

Not the best impression when we arrived. Off hand. Sowed us to table. Gave us menus and told us about the specials. Several people arrived after us. After 15 minutes nobody came near our table. The people who arrived after us had there drink orders taken. We tried to attract the one waiter who seemed to be the only person working. Where the other staff were goodness knows. We decide to leave as it was obvious the service was going to be poor and we were going to a concert. Not impressed.
