The portion was enormous—I only finished half, and it could easily feed two people! The taste was just okay, but for £7, I guess I couldn't expect too much.

Maybe you need lo... read more I'm sorry but the food we had was terrible. We fancied a donner and the meat was like plastic. I've never had donner with that texture before. Maybe you need lots of beer to enjoy it? The chips were OK but that's all. The service was not friendly and the place was run down and pretty filthy (and this was just after they'd opened, during the day). The tables were knackered, the glass door was smashed.
