We keep coming back whenever we visit our daughter in Inverness. The experience is consistent: delicious food with wonderful presentations (tempura shrimp), great vegan options (the vegan dragon roll) and attentive service. The mozzarella in the salmon appetizer could use an upgrade; the duck spring rolls are outstanding. The restaurant and the bar have different vibes. Book ahead to eat in the quiet restaurant. Firstly the front of house staff were fantastic. No complaints there. Starters were lovely (soup, scallops and salmon) but sadly the main courses all fell short of quality dining expectations. Haddock dish had a hair in it, Venison was over cooked, pork tomahawk also over cooked. fillet steak was fine. The staff did immediately recognise the pork and replaced with a rib-eye.
