The Pool Bar at Manila Hotel serves decent snacks and beverages. We were there in the afternoon so didn't try their cocktails. Had a couple of Twinings Teas Pure Chamomile Peppermint. Had a Chicken Shawarma Sandwich with fries. The sandwich was quite good.
