What Ginger Benken doesn't like about True Grit:
The atmosphere is kind of uppity and the service could've been better because I saw unmanageable teamwork which could've been better managed, because my bf only tipped them $2, but other than that the food is awesome! ? I'm thinking there's something about Interlachen's BOCC that makes businesses a little wacky/wacked out acting, but other than the negative, I'm glad the food was a positive plus. Arrived with a large group (10) to a very busy restaurant. Despite that, we were promptly seated and orders taken. Everyone in the group enjoyed their selection. The wait staff was efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend this for breakfast!
I saw this place while on the road and decided to give it a try. THE FOOD WAS OUT OF THIS WORD. You got the freshness of the veggies which perfectly complements the flavor of the eggs. Overall great experience!!!
The John Wayne themed restaurant, seems to have a nice following. The food has always been very delicious, and nicely presented.
