I ordered a pasta dish, and it felt like there was no sauce at all—it was quite disappointing. It seems that the staff doesn't really care about their customers. If they did, the food would be much more flavorful. I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other Italian restaurants in the area. (Location: Interlochen, FL)
The kid that greeted me and asked to take my order had long nails with what looked liked 3 days of dirt under them. Hands were just as bad! I?m sorry if the one greeting and taking orders isn?t clean, I?m not ordering from there! Wash your handsconstantly when working with and around food! It?s not that hard!
I wouldn't have the courage to share this with anyone.
Y'all need to hire people to answer the phone that can speak clearly, in English that can speak up. Everyone out here is old and hard of hearing. And when they can't hear or understand someone, they just hang up and order from somewhere else. Everyone comes here to be old and retire. Show some respect for your customers and stop hiring people NO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT are you even doing???
