I paid $16 for a messy sandwich, encountered rude employees, and didn’t even get my chips! It was my first and last time visiting this place. While I was in the drive-thru, I asked what kind of chips they had since there was no menu visible. The employee made me feel foolish for asking. After she handed me my bag and told me to have a good day, I realized I hadn’t received my drink. When I asked about it, she snapped that it was "right here" before turning around to grab it. Once I drove off and looked in the bag, I noticed my chips were missing. I decided not to go back because I didn’t want to deal with her again!

The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean.

I ordered a BLT wrap for over $12, and when I got to my car, I decided to check it before leaving. The bacon was literally half-cooked. I took the wrap back ins... read more I ordered a BLT wrap for over $12, and when I got to my car, I decided to check it before leaving. The bacon was literally half-cooked. I took the wrap back inside and explained to the girl that while the sandwich looked good, the bacon was undercooked. She tried to argue with me multiple times, claiming she had put it in the toaster. I took out the bacon to show her it wasn’t cooked properly. She had a bad attitude and remade the sandwich, but the bacon was still the same. I told her, "Honey, maybe you need to let that toaster run longer. This bacon isn't cooked; could you please put it back in?" She did, but rolled her eyes while doing it. I won’t be returning to this place.

The sandw... read more I called ahead to order sandwiches for a birthday party. It was a large order. The staff went way above and beyond any of the expectations that I had. The sandwiches looked amazing and were delicious. Having the toppings on the side was a great idea offered by the staff. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the area or just rolling through. Prices are great, food is amazing, and the people are extremely friendly and helpful.

Also gave me a warm soggy sandwich and the food didn’t smell right, the veggies were at least day or two over then expiration date. Also very disappointed in the pickle, it’s odd taste is not appetizing, like if you soaked a regular pickle in water for like a week. I’d choose firehouse subs over this place any day.
