I was missing items from my online order and the people there were so kind with fixing it. Every time I go I know there will be a wait no matter what but for me and my family it is worth it. Horrible customer service!! I wouldn?t eat here again and you shouldn?t either both times that have a gone they have gotten my order wrong, they are rude and have no patience!
I don't understand how a chicken place doesn't have chicken. Lately, every time I go there, they tell me that they don't have any chicken legs. Have to wait 15-20 minutes. If it's a prepare upon request situation, they should advertise as such because itis then, no longer a fast food restaurant. I would just leave and go get a burger or something else.
