Despite asking for cheese three different times, my order... read more I stopped at a Bojangles restaurant on the way through on 8/6 and ordered a steak biscuit with cheese. Despite asking for cheese three different times, my order did not come with it. The biscuit was overcooked and tasted burnt. Additionally, they did not have Bo-rounds available, so I had to settle for seasoned fries or wait. This was by far my most disappointing experience at Bojangles in a long time, and I will not be returning. The owner's response to my complaint did not address my concerns. I reached out immediately after my visit but never received a reply.

Have to wait 15-... read more I don't understand how a chicken place doesn't have chicken. Lately, every time I go there, they tell me that they don't have any chicken legs. Have to wait 15-20 minutes. If it's a prepare upon request situation, they should advertise as such because itis then, no longer a fast food restaurant. I would just leave and go get a burger or something else.
