Taco Bell - Inman

I came here with a friend after a trip and it was my first time visiting this restaurant. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. The employees seemed disinterested and unprofessional. We waited 20 minutes for our food, and when we politely asked for an update, we were met with a lackluster response. When our order finally came, it was incorrect. When we asked for it to be fixed, the employees seemed annoyed. They continued to speak amongst themselves in front of us. The manager seemed oblivious to the situation. The tacos were decent, but overall, I was not impressed with the service.

I wish I could give zero stars for the customer service at this restaurant. Many of us from the office visit this Taco Bell every week. I do not appreciate having to wait for a long time to place my order, especially during my one-hour lunch break. Additionally, when I try to get assistance at the window, I don't need a 12-year-old asking me if I want to come inside. If I wanted to dine in, I would have made that decision before spending twenty minutes in the drive-thru line. People choose to use the drive-thru for its convenience and quick service. Finally, it is unacceptable to have the drive-thru window closed with no one available to take orders. This restaurant has lost our business, and we will be spending our money elsewhere.

The food at Taco Bell was just as expected - deliciously unhealthy. What really impressed me was the quick and friendly service. When I inquired about caffeine and sugar-free drink options, they suggested the Mountain Dew Zero. I jokingly mentioned that if I couldn't sleep later, they would be to blame, and without missing a beat, the server replied, "That's okay, you can blame me. Made my night."

Very bad service, I do not recommend, place a very small part. people are rude and mean

They cannot get any kind of food right. order extra nacho cheese and don't put it at all. the worst place I'm going on a week. that has eaten countless paintings. they can never get a big order right. his always lack of food. the worst place where they might eat
