Noodles Company - Feedback

What james likes about Noodles Company:
I loved the food here. It was a little expensive but nothing too bad. I couldn't remember the name of a dish that I liked and the lady working behind the counter remembered. She told me what it was and said that even though it wasn't on the menu, they could throw it together. Then they made it and it was awesome. Exceptional customer service.
