The staff seemed indifferent to customer satisfaction and worked slowly. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing. If it were possible, I would give it zero stars.

I had to wait 35 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up my order. When I finally got home, I discovered that the chicken was extra crispy.
